World class athlete Liam Collins was at Loughborough University, struggling to fund his training for the 2004 Olympic Games when he saw property investment as a way of providing residual income. And in Liverpool, David Bone bought, renovated and sold a house to pay off his student debts.
Together they saw a winning formula in packaging the format into a business model that offered high yields and long term capital rewards to other passive investors.
